Delivery Policy
Delivery/collection is available throughout South Africa. Orders will be delivered between 2-7 business days from Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM. Orders will only be processed upon payment and order confirmation, most items listed on the website are not held at our premises, products are ordered from our suppliers. Should any product be out of stock you can opt to backorder or cancel the product from your order you can receive a full cash refund less the courier fees.
1. Delivery options
We use MDS Collivery and Skynet South Africa as our delivery services and Pargo as our parcel collection option, a click and collect service with 4000+ Pargo Points nationwide.

2. Delivery Costs
Delivery cost is charged at a flat rate of R120 for deliveries and R85 for collections but are subject to change based on location and volumetric weight. We offer free shipping on orders R2000 and over.
3. When will my order be delivered?
Delivery will take place as soon as we receive payment confirmation, it may take up to 24 hours for the courier to collect your order. We deliver from Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm to both residential and business addresses.
4. What if I miss my delivery?
In the event you missed your delivery, we will notify you and reschedule the delivery as soon as possible.
5. How do I track my order?
Once the couriers have collected your package, we will notify you immediately with the waybill number in the links below:

6. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours after placing your please contact our online management at 087 265 6025 or use our chat box under "track order" and we’ll send it back to the suppliers and you will receive a full refund less the courier shipping fees within 30 business days. If you want to modify your order, please let us know what you would like to add/remove from you order.
